Reheating Our Hand-Cut Fries

Fresh Cut Fries

Let’s be real: our hand-cut fries are best enjoyed fresh out of the fryer at your local City BBQ joint. But sometimes, the cravings hit after you've already left. Or maybe you grabbed an extra order (smart move!) to enjoy later. Here’s how to bring back that hot, crispy magic right to your own kitchen.

If you’ve got an air fryer, you’re just minutes away from fry perfection.

Here’s what to do:

  • Heat air fryer to 375°F
  • Add fries in a single layer
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes, shaking halfway through

This method gives you crispy outside and fluffy insides - just like when they left our kitchen. No air fryer? No problem. The oven works great too.

Here's how:

  • Preheat to 425°F
  • Spread out fries in a single layer on a baking sheet (tip: use foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup)
  • Bake for 5-8 minutes, flipping halfway through
  • Let 'em cool just a bit before digging in!

What about the microwave?

We've gotta be honest, skip it if you can. Microwaves zap all that crispy goodness and leave your fries soft and soggy. And no one wants that.

No matter how you reheat them, our fresh-cut fries are always worth it. Now you've got the secret to making them taste just as good the second time around.
