You may have heard we're celebrating our 25th anniversary? We are—and we're celebrating everywhere, including our fundraiser program!

Normally your group gets 20% of proceeds when you hold a fundraiser with City Barbeque (frankly, a pretty smokin' deal). But for every fundraiser booked in September 2024, for any date October 2024–December 2025, we'll give 25% of proceeds back to your group!

You've gotta book in September 2024 to get this boost, but you can hold your fundraiser any time between October 1, 2024 and December 31, 2025 (aka the end of next year). Do your group (and Future You) a favor and book now!

Fundraisers booked September 1–30, 2024 and scheduled for any date October 1, 2024–December 31, 2025 are eligible to receive 25% of proceeds (please note this offer is not valid on fundraisers booked before September 1, 2024 and scheduled for October 1, 2024–December 31, 2025). A current tax ID number is required to schedule a fundraiser. To receive credit for orders placed online, the unique fundraiser code must be applied prior to checkout at citybbq.com/order or in the City BBQ app: enter the code and click the red + button to apply. To receive credit for orders placed in person, the fundraiser code must be presented at the register (images on phones and a printed copies accepted). Online orders must be fulfilled (i.e. picked up) on fundraiser date in order to be eligible; orders placed on the fundraiser date for fulfillment at a later date will not count toward sales. Online orders must be placed at designated City Barbeque location in order to be eligible; orders placed using unique code at any other location will not count toward sales. Distribution of flyers on City Barbeque property is prohibited. Fundraising proceeds must be $300 or more to receive 25% of the proceeds from eligible sales. Donation checks for less than $100 will not be issued; checks will be mailed within three weeks of fundraiser. The percentage of sales received is based on food, beverage, and bottled sauce sales; gift cards, non-sauce retail purchases, catering orders, orders placed via third-party delivery services, and sales tax are do not count toward fundraiser proceeds.
