Staffed Event: Sit back, relax, and let us handle everything. Our slow-smoked barbecue and homemade sides are served in cast iron, and we'll set up and maintain your buffet (and any additional stations you may want). All you have to do is enjoy the food!
Delivery & Setup: If you're looking for the same great BBQ without the service staff, this option is for you. We’ll deliver your buffet, set it up beautifully, and then leave so you can enjoy the event without interruption.
Pick-Up: Want to set things up yourself? Our Party Packs are the perfect solution. Each pack comes with two meats, two sides, buns, barbecue sauce, and disposable plates and utensils. Everything you need for a stress-free celebration.
