Say hello to the Big Bone! This massive beef rib is back on the menu Saturdays only through the end of March 2020.

Not only is the Big Bone genuinely huge, it’s big on flavor, too! It’s marbled like a ribeye, rubbed by hand with our with signature dry rub, and (of course) smoked low and slow, right on site in our joints.

We serve them up by the bone, and trust us, you’re only gonna need one: a single bones can weigh a pound and a half! We’ve only got space to smoke a few of these every day, which means supply is limited. You can pick up a Big Bone for yourself for $20 per pound at all City Barbeque locations.
